About Max R. Tarbox

Mr. Tarbox practices primarily in business and consumer bankruptcy law. Mr. Tarbox has served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the Northern District of Texas since his appointment in December, 1993 until 2016.

His experience includes not only more than 20 years as an attorney, but also serving as an international trade executive for a manufacturing firm and president of a sporting goods manufacturing firm for several years. As a former business executive, he understands the financial statements, cash flow projections, and credit aspects that are often paramount to a successful bankruptcy reorganization.

Biography

After graduating from undergraduate school, Mr. Tarbox served for three years in the United States Navy, including a brief tour of duty in Vietnam.

Following naval service, he received a law degree and an M.B.A. in finance.
